Humberto is a seasoned investment banker, technology entrepreneur and venture capital investor. With a background in M&A, Private Equity and Investment banking working for Citibank and Santander in Latin America, Mr. Olivo has invested, co-founded and backed several technology initiatives in the US and LATAM in the Technology, Energy, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Smart Cities and Media. Mr. Olivo is a Managing Partner of Volpi Ventures LLC a Private Equity Firm in Austin, Texas, and is also the Co-Founder of the MAria project promoting the Nexus between Culture and the Creative Industries with Impact Investment Funds. Mr. Olivo is fluent in Spanish, English and French He is also a competitive cyclist and 4 times Ironman Finisher.
