Hans Olav holds a master's degree in physics and mathematics from the Norwegian University of Technology and Science in Trondheim. Elin Leikvang is an engineer with the Norwegian Public Road Administration, focused on technical project leadership within innovation projects. She currently works on the National Roads Database (NRDB), a key component in the data puzzle for the new generation of intelligent traffic systems.
