Kaisa M. Lindahl Lervik - Group Manager at Avanade Norway AS

Kaisa Lervik will talk about what we at Avanade do to get girls interested in STEM and technology. She will also touch upon Avanade’s various programs and initiatives that we use both locally and globally to both attract and retain female talent to Avanade. By showing girls and young women how they can make an impact on society through the use of technology, we are able to create more equal society and have different views to be heard.

Kaisa Lervik is Talent Community Champion for the Analytics Talent Community in Avanade Norway. She has worked at Avanade for 13 years, and celebrates her 20^th anniversary in the IT business this year.

In her heart she’s still a techie, but has over the last year worked mainly with architecture and data governance and management in various cloud based projects. In her role as Talent Community Champion, it is Kaisa’s responsibility to set the course for the Analytics Talent Community and guide the community members in their effort to improve and develop their consultancy and technology skills. ​​Kaisa has a lot of passion for technology, but also about diversity and inclusion. She is committed to increasing the number of women in technology through various programs, and has taught inner city children about programming robots.
