Greta holds a doctorate in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and has experience as a Data Scientist from media and IT industry. She worked as a senior lecturer at University of Oslo and BI at both Bachelor and Master of Science level lecturing on leadership, diversity and organization. Greta’s research was conducted as quantitative studies and focused on diversity management and inclusive leadership. Her work is published in a number of international journals. She is today Data Scientist consultant in Inmeta focusing on statistical modelling, machine learning and artificial intelligence supporting customers in a variety of business challenges.
