Ingvil is passionate about innovation, technology development, sustainability, diversity and equality, as demonstrated in her job as a senior consultant, through her role as board member of the Oslo EdTech Hackathon association and through the voluntary work she does in the women's network Girl Geek Dinners Oslo.
As senior consultant at Transcendent Group Ingvil assists clients with digitisation projects. She is active in the company’s sustainability and CSR group. According to Equaliycheck.it, Transcendent Group ranks as one of the best companies in Norway when it comes to diversity and gender equality.
She has 15 years of experience from Gyldendal where she paved the way for new approaches to learning on student’s and teenager’s terms by introducing innovative products and services at an early stage, such as mobile apps and learning games.
Ingvil is genuinely enthusiastic when she believes she can make a difference – whether by connecting interesting people or companies, developing new ideas or making interesting events where people can learn from each other. She is also fascinated by the power of technology and the difference it can make in people’s lives. And she brings her curiosity and enthusiasm to her new task as a co-track leader with Vivi Hatlem of Women in Tech at Oslo Big Data Day.
